What you will notice first on entering the house is the incredible view.  You can see it as you drive down the lane to the house.  You can smell the sea air.  You can hear the gulls and the waves.  The house is perched above a small rise, but access to the sandy beach is straight down the road that passes in front of the house.  It takes scant minutes to walk there.

The house is just a few minutes west of Dingle, a pretty fishing town well known for its restaurants, excellent shops and for its music - Dingle is a music town.  It's at the tip of the fabulous Dingle Peninsula, a wonderfully scenic area.

You can walk into Dingle town along the cliffs in 20 to 30 minutes - one of the best walks in Ireland.  It's an easy walk over some small fences and through fields. You can also walk along a high back road that overlooks the harbor.  It's incredibly beautiful.  This takes about 35 to 40 minutes.
